I get it! I have two kiddos of my own and know that bad days happen. One of the most beautiful aspects of Candid Kids is that it truly encapsulates your child and their emotions at this particular stage in their life. If they are sick or having a really bad day, we will gladly reschedule — but if it’s outside of the 24-hour cancellation policy, unfortunately you will lose your deposit ($50). If you’ve paid in full, your balance will be carried forward upon rescheduling. But don’t be afraid of tears or frustration — that’s part of the beauty that will be captured, and you’d be surprised how quickly Angela is able to turn their frowns upside down!

You will receive a full refund if cancellation occurs 24 hours or before your appointment. If cancellation occurs afterward, your deposit ($50) will be forfeited.

Plenty of snacks! Angela has tons of tricks up her sleeve to make your kiddo(s) feel right at home, but you can always bring your kiddo’s favorite book, toy, blanket — whatever will bring them joy and most comfortable. 

Finding the perfect time to schedule can be a challenge, as it varies for every parent and child. Factors like nap times, eating schedules, and individual preferences are important to consider. However, one thing remains constant – well-rested and nourished kids always shine the brightest.
